My baseball education started in the bleachers. Growing up in South Philly, I was just a short walk from Veterans Stadium and later Citizens Bank Park, and I was there for hundreds of games, soaking it all in.

I played for as long as I could, pitching and playing the corners in high school, but my future wasn't going to be on the field. When that chapter closed, a new one opened. My focus shifted from playing the game to understanding how winning teams are built from the top down. I dove headfirst into learning the world of baseball analytics and front office operations. For the past several years, I've been teaching myself, learning from the best, and connecting with some of the smartest people across the league who have been generous with their time and insight.
